Owner, Melina McClure, has a true passion for international cuisine and rightly so considering her background! Born overseas in Germany, raised in Louisiana, and influenced by a French grandfather who loved to raise vegetables in his garden, Melina McClure has developed a truly eclectic creole menu Tuscaloosa and Northport are sure to rave about.
Melina’s website, www.MelinasCreoleDining.com, will feature lunch and dinner menus, monthly specials (to sometimes include weekly or daily specials), exclusive wine listings and photos of the fine dining restaurant by Beautiful Horizon Photography in the restaurant gallery!
